Refunds: This conference is a non-profit, minimum cost project and our budget is very small. From 1/8 2018 we will have to charge administrative costs of 400 SEK/40 EURO if you want to cancel your participation. If you cancel later than 14 days before the conference we will charge you totally 800 SEK/80 EURO before a refund. Refunds will only be made if you send us a copy of your original payment. Giving/Selling your ticket to somebody else: This is possible, but you have to tell us who you are, who you gave your ticket to, give us this persons contact info, and send us a copy of your original payment.
